Refresh

For homes already organized by Well Kept.

Monthly or quarterly visits keep the systems we built working as your home, schedule, and seasons change.

For Existing Clients

Care for the systems
already in place.

Refresh is ongoing maintenance for a home organized by Well Kept Pro. We return monthly, quarterly, or when you call to restore each system as life moves through it.

This is for you if…

  • You completed Renew or Renovate.
  • Your systems work and need a practiced hand to keep them that way.
  • Your home changes with travel, school, guests, or the South Florida season.
  • You want maintenance handled before small shifts become big resets.

What it asks of you

  • Very little. Tell us what has changed and which zones need attention.
  • The systems are already in place. We reset them, replace small components when needed, and leave the home ready.

What it isn’t

  • A first-time organizing project.
  • A redesign of rooms we haven’t organized.
  • A substitute for Renew when the whole home needs new systems.

Day one.
Every time.

The space looks and works exactly as it did on day one of the original project. Every time. Life gets messy. We handle it quietly.

Bins drift

Labels face forward. Categories are clear. Every item is back in its home.

Seasons turn

The home changes over without the weeks of sorting that usually follow.

Life moves

New routines fit inside the system instead of taking it apart.

Choose your
cadence.

Choose the rhythm that matches the home. We can change it when travel, family schedules, or the season changes.

Monthly

Your most-used zones are reset every month. Labels, bins, and product placement are checked each visit.

BEST FOR

Busy households, frequent travel, and homes that change quickly.

Quarterly

A seasonal reset of the organized zones that carry the most household traffic.

BEST FOR

Homes with steady routines, snowbird schedules, or predictable seasonal changes.

On-demand

Call us when a move, season, celebration, or schedule change puts pressure on the system.

BEST FOR

Clients who need occasional help and prefer to schedule one visit at a time.

A visit,
start to finish.

Frequently asked
questions.

I have too much stuff, where do I start?
Don’t worry, you’ve come to the right place! (:

Refresh is available after Renew or Renovate. Those services give us the system plan, product details, and project history we use during each visit.

Yes. Snowbird schedules are common in South Florida. We’ll set your return date before the pause so the next reset is already planned.

Your agreement will state the notice window for changing or canceling a visit. We’ll confirm the policy before your plan begins.

We’ll assess the new room first. If it needs a new system, we’ll scope it as Reset, Renew, or Renovate and add it to maintenance after installation.

Your current Refresh plan ends with the home it was built for. We’ll recommend the right service for the new home, then set up Refresh once its systems are in place.

Label updates and small replacements can be handled during the visit. Larger product changes are priced before we order them.

Ready for your next visit?

We’ll take it from here.

Choose your next Refresh visit and tell us what changed. We already know the systems.
