The Well Kept Partner Referral Program connects South Florida home service professionals with a trusted professional organizer. When a new client you refer completes their first Well Kept project, you or your business earns a referral fee equal to 10% of the final agreed project total.

How the referral program works

1. Make the introduction. Contact Well Kept with your client’s permission and tell us what’s happening in the home.
2. We confirm the referral. We’ll document the introduction, make sure the project fits our services, and contact the client.
3. We scope and complete the work. Your client receives our standard discovery, assessment, proposal, and project process.
4. You receive 10%. Once the first referred project is complete, the referral fee equals 10% of the final agreed project total.

The referral commission applies to that first project only. Future projects, recurring work, rebookings, and ongoing Refresh visits from the same client don’t earn an additional fee.

Our work fits South Florida homes because we plan around the way people live here: condo storage, humidity, hurricane supplies, year-round wardrobes, second homes, seasonal residents, and move-in schedules that don’t leave room for weeks of unpacking.

If your client is outside our standard service area, contact us before making the introduction. We’ll confirm whether project travel is available.
