Well Kept Pro LLC ("Well Kept," "we," "us," or "our") operates wellkeptpro.com and provides home organizing services in Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to wellkeptpro.com and to clients who book a consultation or service with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Contact form. First name, last name, email, phone (if provided), whether you're a previous client, the reason for your inquiry, and any message you include.
  • Newsletter signup. Your email address.
  • Consultation and booking requests. Your name, contact information, home address, and details about your project, submitted when you request a consultation or schedule a service through our site or our online scheduling tool.
  • Photos. If you become a client, we may photograph your home before and after a project for our own records. We only use those photos publicly, on our website, social media, or in a portfolio, if you separately agree to it in writing. You can decline or withdraw that permission at any time, and declining doesn't affect the service you receive.

Information collected automatically

When you visit wellkeptpro.com, we use Google Analytics to automatically collect certain information about your visit: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on the site, and the site that referred you. We use this to understand how people use our site and to improve it. See "Cookies and analytics" below for your choices.

Information related to payment

If you pay for services online, your payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation that payment was made, but we don't store your full card number on our systems.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations or services.
  • Provide the organizing services you've requested.
  • Send you our newsletter, if you signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our website and services.
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations.

We don't sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device to help us understand site traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our site work.

4. How we share your information

We share information with the service providers who help us run our business:

  • Our form processing provider, which handles submissions from our contact and newsletter forms.
  • Our online scheduling tool, which handles consultation booking requests.
  • Google Analytics, for site traffic analysis.
  • Our payment processor, if you pay online.

Each provider only receives the information it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business, in which case we'd tell you.

5. Data retention

We keep client information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations, generally for the length of our business relationship plus the period required by Florida record-keeping requirements. Newsletter subscribers' email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.
  • Ask us what personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
  • Opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described above.

If you're a resident of a state with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

7. Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed to adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.
