Yes. Once decisions and access are arranged, we can complete approved work and send a clear project update.
How do you handle parking on Palm Beach Island?
We confirm parking and service access before project day. If your street, residence, or building requires a visitor or service permit, we’ll ask you or the property team to arrange it in advance.
Can you work in a second home while I’m away?
Yes, after the scope, decisions, and access plan are approved. We can coordinate with your house manager or designated contact and provide photos when the work is complete.
Can you prepare the home before we return for the season?
Yes. Existing clients can schedule Renew visits around arrivals and departures. New clients begin with Refresh or Renovate so the home has a complete system to maintain.
How do you handle building, gate, or staff access?
We confirm names, arrival windows, loading instructions, elevator reservations, and the on-site contact before work begins. Your building or community sets the access rules, and we plan around them.
What if my Boca community or HOA has vendor rules?
Send the current requirements before the project. We provide standard business and insurance information and coordinate the visit within the community’s approved access process.
