Meet Katie.

A lifelong declutterer and former high-profile executive assistant bringing thoughtful organization, design awareness, and structure to South Florida homes.

My path to
Well Kept.

I began with a lifelong instinct for order and years of seeing how much quieter life feels when the details are handled.

I have always noticed what feels out of place.

I notice the drawer that slows down a morning, the closet no one wants to open, and the item that never found a home. Decluttering has always been natural to me because I can see the decision hiding underneath the mess.

Executive support taught me to think ahead.

Before Well Kept, I worked as a high-profile executive assistant. The job taught me to prepare carefully, protect privacy, anticipate what comes next, and make complicated days feel simple for someone else.

A beautiful home can still be hard to run.

I kept seeing homes that looked finished but asked too much of the people living in them. The issue was rarely a lack of space. It was the absence of a system built around real routines.

I wanted the work to feel quieter.

I wanted clients to feel calm while the work was happening. That means arriving prepared, keeping decisions clear, respecting the home, and leaving behind a system everyone understands.

That became Well Kept.

Well Kept brings those instincts together: thoughtful planning, quiet service, and organization designed to keep working. I build each home around the people who live there and the life they are actually leading.

What I
believe.

These are the standards I bring into every home. They shape the system, the working relationship, and the way the finished space feels.

Every item should have a home.

I want putting something away to feel obvious. Clear categories remove the small decisions that create friction and make the system easier to keep.

Calm starts with how I work.

I arrive prepared, protect your privacy, and keep the process measured. You should always know what is happening and what comes next.

Your home is a sanctuary.

A finished home feels lighter when every zone carries only what belongs there. The goal is less to manage.

Built in
South Florida.

“Homes here move differently. The systems have to hold through full-time life, seasonal arrivals, coastal routines, and everything in between.”

I chose to build Well Kept in South Florida because the homes are personal, beautiful, and constantly in motion. The work here calls for systems that can adjust without becoming complicated.
