What
it costs.

Clear pricing creates a better first conversation. You should understand the model, the range, and what changes the number before you invite us in.

What drives
the cost.

The number follows the amount of space, the decisions involved, and the coordination required to finish well.

Square footage

Larger rooms and whole-home scopes require more planning, editing, product handling, and installation time.

Complexity

Item volume, category count, access, disposal coordination, and connected spaces change the amount of work.

Materials

Bins, inserts, labels, organizers, and custom storage are priced according to the approved product plan.

Designer or contractor coordination

Plan review, site communication, custom storage input, and project-team coordination add time and responsibility.

Timeline

Phased work, compressed schedules, installation sequencing, and product lead times shape the final scope.

On every project

When DIY
makes sense.

Sometimes the honest recommendation is to keep the project in your own hands.

The space is small and contained.

One cabinet, a shelf, or a narrow category can be a good weekend project when you have the time and energy to finish it.

The system already works.

A light seasonal reset may be all you need when the categories, products, and layout still make sense.

The room needs another trade first.

Cleaning, repairs, or storage construction should happen before professional organization begins.

Never on
your invoice.

The number you approve already accounts for the ordinary cost of showing up and doing the work properly.

03

HOW WE HANDLE IT

Pricing questions.
Answered clearly.

Can the estimate change after work begins?
Only when the scope changes and you approve the added work before it begins.

Yes. A $100 non-refundable in-home assessment allows us to evaluate and scope your project accordingly. And it is credited towards your project total after installation.

The $100 in-home assessment fee is non-refundable if you decide to not move forward with your project. This fee covers the costs of our visit, travel, and project scoping. However, if we complete the project, it is credited towards your total!

If you decide you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us regarding refunds and how we can help you.

We pause, price the added work, and ask for written approval. The original scope remains unchanged until you approve the revision.

Products are priced separately unless your proposal states otherwise. We measure first, recommend what the space needs, and receive your approval before ordering.

Travel within our listed South Florida service areas and standard parking are already built into the approved price.

After the in-home assessment. The proposal confirms the scope, timeline, responsibilities, included work, separately priced items, and total investment.
